There are several interesting Yes Yoko Ono things to see on the streets of San Francisco. It was such a joy to be driving or walking through San Francisco and see Yoko's face and art everywhere!
First there is a huge War Is Over billboard on the street behind the museum. Its message is so relevant right now,and it really brought joy to my heart to see it!
Lining many of San Francisco's streets are Yes Yoko Ono banners attached to the light poles with an image of Yoko's face on them. They are attached to every light pole on some streets,so as you are looking down the street you can see Yoko's face going on and on until it disappears into the horizon!
Many of the bus stop shelters have large Yes Yoko Ono back-lighted posters
with her face on them. It was so wonderful to be walking along and come
across one of these,seeing Yoko's face always cheers me up because it
reminds me of her postive message and her optimism.
I also saw posters advertising the exhibit in several store windows in San Francisco,and also in Marin County north of San Francisco.
